Creative Transportation Design Intern - Summer 2021

Position Overview:

Creative Transportation Exterior Design Intern supporting the development of advanced concepts, innovative user experiences and uses of new materials, for vehicle exteriors.      

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sketching, concept surface development (Alias or similar) and brainstorming vehicle exteriors to identify potential exterior components and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Sketching / rendering at a College Junior (CCS, Art Center, etc.) level, you don’t have to be a junior you just need to be sketching at that level.  Some surface building experience in Alias, Blender or Unreal Engine.

Education / Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University

Special Knowledge / Skills:

• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
