Group Summary

Task:

  • Single point of customer contact (claims, changes, developments, new projects) including portal management
  • Integrate customer specific requirements into Quality Management System
  • Production support – active presence at the shop floor (Gemba)
  • Active participation at internal & external audits
  • Understand internal technologies (cold & hot forming, laser cutting, shot blasting, glueing, welding, foam application), relevant quality assurance & measurement systems
  • Moderate FMEA Reviews
  • Develop part number specific control plans, checking instructions, inspection and test record forms, reaction plans as well as their standardized work instructions
  • Develop measurement concept including detailed technical specification and related validation plan
  • Develop machine & process capability study concept, and evaluate results
  • Develop & follow-up annual quality attack plan aiming to improve customer satisfaction & reduce cost of poor quality
  • Responsible for PPAP procedure including documentation, submission to customer, follow-up until approval is obtained

 

Expectation:

  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable education
  • Several years of experience in a multinational automotive manufacturing environment including product quality & project management responsibilities (APQP)
  • Excellent knowledge & practical experience of IATF 16949 Standard
  • Excellent knowledge & practical experience of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, PPAP)
  • Excellent knowledge & practical experience of Customer Specific Requirements including portals - especially Mercedes and/or BMW
  • Native Hungarian, Business Fluent English knowledge (written & verbal)
  • Excellent data analysis & problem solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Ability to work based on 3D CAD model
  • Ability to work under pressure and stress resistance
  • Empathetic, team & target oriented
  • High degree of self-motivation, hands-on approach, and ability to work independently

  • Experience with cold & hot forming, laser cutting, shot blasting, glueing, welding, foam application technologies
  • Experience with optical measurement (GOM), ultrasonic weld test
  • Experience in designing measuring equipments
  • Experience with layered process audits
  • VDA 6.3 auditor certificate
