Job Introduction

 

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator as an integral part of the team, reporting to the HR Generalist, supporting the HR Team and the overall employee experience for all Global IT employees.

This position is primarly located in our office in Vienna or Graz.

Major Responsibilities

 

  • Assist with all HR related inquiries or requests
  • Provide HR project support to HR Business Partners (Talent Management, Learning & Development, Onboarding, KPI Reports, etc.)
  • Support with recruitment related topics
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, anniversary gifts, appreciation presents, etc.
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained and make recommendations for corrective action as appropriate in HRIS
  • Support improving HR processes (reporting landscape, knowledge transfer)
  • Prepare communication material (presentations, training material, news weaver)
  • Taking over onboarding and offboarding process
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Education and Work Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  •  2 years of experience in HR or related field

Skills and Competencies

 

  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowdlegde of Austrian labor law, German or Serbian labor law is an asset
  • Good MS office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • SAP HR / Workday / SuccessFactors is an asset
  • Good knowledge in English languages skills, German is an asset
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of business and communication tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to main confidentiality

Additional Information

Minimum salary for this position is 40.000 Euro gross on an annual basis.
